Our artists pay the utmost care and attention to detail when working on your item(s). However, we cannot guarantee that every item can be restored to its original condition. After all, Handbag Footwear Rehab is a repair service.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between Handbag Footwear REHAB ("Company", "we," "us," or ") and the customer ("you" or "your") for the refurbishment services provided by the Company and/or the Company’s representatives and agents. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with our services.

By engaging with our website and/or services, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to be bound be these Terms and Conditions.

• Services Provided
  

  1a. We offer services for handbags, footwear and other leather items, including but not limited to: cleaning, repair, restoration and customisation.
  1b. All Services are performed with utmost care by our skilled artists.
  

• Quotations, Estimates & Pricing
  

  2a. Quotes provided by Handbag Footwear Rehab are estimates based on the information provided by you, the customer.
  2b. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the item once examined by our artists.
  2c. All prices quoted are in GBP.
  2d. Any additional work needed may include an additional charge. This will be communicated to you, the customer, for approval prior to any work commencing on your item(s).
  

• Terms of Payment
  

  3a. Payment is due in full prior to any work commencing.
  3b. We accept bank transfer as a method of payment.
  

• Pickup & Delivery
  

  4a. You, the customer, are responsible for packaging and shipping the item to our premises at your own expense.
  4b. Handbag Footwear Rehab shall not be liable for any damages incurred during transit to or from our facility.
  4c. Any shipping costs associated with the return of your item(s) to you shall be included in the final price of the service.
  4d. Please note that unless requested by you (the customer) and arranged in advance, item(s) may not be insured during transit. If you wish to insure your item(s) during transit, please notify us and any insurance costs will be added to your final invoice.
  

• Customer Responsibilities
  

  5a. You, the customer, agree to provide accurate information about the item(s) and their condition to the best of your knowledge.
  5b. You acknowledge that some items may have limitations regarding refurbishment and Handbag Footwear Rehab shall not be held responsible for any such limitations.
  

• Limited Warranty
  

  6a. We provide a 6 month limited warranty on our refurbishment service.
  6b. This warranty does not cover normal day-to-day wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or neglect.
  

• Liability
  

  7a. The company shall not be liable for any damage to the item(s) that occurs as a result of inherent defects, improper prior repairs or unreasonable damage or wear and tear.
  7b. In any case, our liability shall be limited to the value of the service(s) provided to you, the customer.
  

• Confidentiality Agreement
  

  Handbag Footwear Rehab shall keep all information provided by you, the customer, confidential and shall not disclose it to any third parties, except as required by law.
  

• Intellectual Property
  

  9a. Any bespoke designs, customisations, or modifications created by the Company during the refurbishment process shall remain the intellectual property of the Company.
  9b. You, the customer, agree not to reproduce or distribute any such designs without the Company's prior written consent.
  

• Governing Law

  10a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
  10b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
